What You’ll Be Doing:
Grow and develop a world-class sales organization by identifying, training, and implementing best practices that improve the team’s performance while maintaining culture and values
Deliver financial results, and set performance and goals, while effectively managing all levers of the P&L
Drive continuous improvement by learning from ROI analysis and key performance indicators
Define and evangelize the market strategy and sales philosophy
Influence, collaborate, and work with cross-functional leaders, departments; and teams to develop and execute successful strategies
Evaluate the department’s profits and revenue, and calculate risks
Ensure compliance with company policies and local, regional and federal regulations
Coach, grow and develop employees on a regular basis to build a dynamic sales organization
Support all company diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a diverse workplace to mirror our global customers and communities
Build and approve the department’s hiring plan
To be successful in this role, you'll need the following:
10+ years of leadership management experience
Previous experience in startup/scale-up environment
Experience in the SaaS industry
Experience developing and retaining high-performing sales teams
Strategic and visionary skill set
