What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Grow and develop a world-class sales organization by identifying, training, and implementing best practices that improve the team’s performance while maintaining culture and values

  • Deliver financial results, and set performance and goals, while effectively managing all levers of the P&L

  • Drive continuous improvement by learning from ROI analysis and key performance indicators

  • Define and evangelize the market strategy and sales philosophy

  • Influence, collaborate, and work with cross-functional leaders, departments; and teams to develop and execute successful strategies

  • Evaluate the department’s profits and revenue, and calculate risks

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local, regional and federal regulations

  • Coach, grow and develop employees on a regular basis to build a dynamic sales organization

  • Support all company diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a diverse workplace to mirror our global customers and communities

  • Build and approve the department’s hiring plan

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following:

  • 10+ years of leadership management experience

  • Previous experience in startup/scale-up environment

  • Experience in the SaaS industry

  • Experience developing and retaining high-performing sales teams

  • Strategic and visionary skill set
