What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the US sales team to deliver sales targets, ensuring quality, productivity, and a funnel of opportunities

  • Responsible and accountable for all key sales metrics (leads generated, first meetings/demos, Proof-of-Value trials, conversion rates, time to convert)

  • Assist sales team with client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

  • Ongoing process improvements, recommendations, and implementation of systems that will make our team more efficient

  • Assist in managing programs to achieve target goals for the team and individual representatives

  • Work closely with the other revenue functions, including Marketing to generate demand and the Product Specialist team to maximize revenue from new business

  • Build organizational commitment and shape an overachieving, entrepreneurial culture that encourages the development of all its team members

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following:

  • 7+ years of software sales experience with a successful track record

  • Proven SaaS sales leader with success in building, growing and managing a highly prolific sales team

  • Ability to build relationships with large customers and prospects at the C-Level and experience closing large, complex deals

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Commercially minded with genuine interest in building out the US team in a rapidly scaling early-stage technology-lead (SaaS) company

  • Driven and competitive. Strong desire to be successful

  • Innovative thinking – embraces and champions new ideas and encourages others to do likewise

  • Bachelor's degree required
