The company focuses on opportunities in warehousing, distribution, and event staffing. We are on a mission to help workers and local businesses to unlock their total productivity and earning potential. As a Territory Operations Manager, you will work closely with the customers and workers we serve. You'll wear multiple hats to ensure the success of your market in terms of growth, marketplace health, and profitability and you'll be a cross-functional influential partner to the many teams that are critical to the successful execution of your plan, including Sales, Central Operations, Tech, Product, Marketing and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create an industry best experience for clients on our platform to ensure retention, encourage referrals, and win your market share.

  • Own a book of business and be accountable for P&L and operational performance for your market. You are the CEO of your territory.

  • Build tools and provide geo insights, analysis, and reporting structures to surface insights and recommend strategies and initiatives to cross-functional teams.

  • Maintain a pulse on the industry landscape at a city/geo level to constantly assess threats and opportunities, as well as document and communicate market intelligence.

  • Engage with regional and cross-functional team members to execute high priority, needle-moving growth, and optimization initiatives. Actively maintain communications with a broad stakeholder base.

  • Wear multiple hats to ensure the success of your market in terms of growth, marketplace health and profitability.

  • Be a cross functional infuential partner to the Sales, Central Operations, Tech, Product, Marketing and other teams.

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following:

  • Ideal candidates are previous launchers that were responsible for building a team and business from scratch or experienced sales and account managers that excel at working under client pressure and problem solving to provide the best service possible.

  • Grit, and willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on; you persevere when others fall away

  • A track record of engaging and influencing cross-functional teams

  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking

  • Attention to details balanced with swift execution - we need to do things quickly and do them well

  • A self starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills; proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks and consistently delivering against hard deadlines.

  • Spanish speaker preferred but not required

  • Knowledge of SQL and no code tools like Retool is preferred but not required.
