What We Do
We are building an AI Coach for field sales. 

The majority of the 5.7 million sales professionals in the U.S. work in field sales (i.e., any sales process involving a handshake), but most receive ZERO on the job coaching because it is too time-intensive for managers/mentors to watch reps out in the field. So even though sales reps can out-earn surgeons, corporate lawyers, McKinsey partners — the vast majority do not. 

We believe that with the right tooling, Field Sales can become the most accessible path to financial freedom.
Siro records reps’ in-person conversations and highlights the most critical moments to let reps hear how top performers handle difficult customer objections and empower coaches to support reps to a degree never before possible.

The Team
Joe and Jake are both engineers and top-performing salespeople. Educated at UPenn and Emory, have experience from McKinsey and Amazon, and met while building a previous sales tool that has helped over 100,000 sales reps.
We are a Grand Central Tech '21 company backed by the Alchemist Accelerator, Soma Capital (Cruise, Deel), The MBA Fund (Stanford, Harvard, Wharton MBA Investing fund), Range Funds, Longrun Capital, and notable angel investors such as Steve King (DocuSign CEO) and Ryan Davis (BacklotCars Co-founder).

Life at Siro
We work in-person 3 days a week out of the beautiful Company building at 22 Vanderbilt, NYC.
 
The Role
As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will be one of the first 5 engineers at Siro, responsible for building ambitious new features end-to-end while ensuring the Siro app remains performant and bug-free. Your contributions will have an enormous and long-lasting impact. Our mobile app is loved by users (4.9 stars from 350+ App Store reviews), and you will be relentless to continue raising the bar for field sales software.

You will

  • Architect and assemble core features, including novel interfaces powered by LLMs on the way to building a world-class AI coach and sales co-pilot

  • Write great code quickly and be counted on to deploy with minimal code review

  • Monitor analytics and communicate directly with customer-facing teams to Identify, communicate, and resolve bugs and performance issues

  • Iterate and improve DevOps in preparation for rapid scaling of both our engineering team and our user base

  • Work directly with the founders, Joe and Jake, daily and be counted on to tell them when they’re wrong

Requirements

  • 4 years of professional engineering experience

  • Fluent in React Native

  • Proven track record of high-performance

  • Experience at a <300-person company

Compensation

  • $150,000 - $180,000 + significant equity
