About the Role
As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you will oversee Munk Pack's everyday growth initiatives. Your main objective will be to scale our business by optimizing CAC and enhancing our digital funnels. This includes setting the strategy for and managing our initiatives on Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other paid media and crafting highly effective Direct Response Campaigns. An essential component of this position involves continuous testing across the entire funnel. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will update and enhance our strategies accordingly. This remote role is reporting to the Head of Marketing.

  • You have extensive experience with growth marketing across multiple channels, ranging from (but not limited to) SEM, Email, Paid Media, to Direct Response Marketing.

  • You use insights to develop innovative, high-impact growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-channel Strategy: Ability to leverage multiple channels (organic and paid social, PPC, blogs, forums/communities (e.g., Reddit), email marketing, etc.) to drive quality traffic, acquisition, and retention for Amazon, DTC, and brick-and-mortar businesses.

  • Customer Insights and Analysis: A relentless drive to comprehend customer behavior, crafting compelling paid media creatives and captivating landing pages that truly resonate and convert.

  • Data Analytics, Analysis, and Testing: Excellent skills in interpreting data to drive actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Skilled in analyzing historical data and creating models to forecast growth and identify opportunities through analytics implementation and quantitative modeling. Generate meaningful insights from A/B testing.

  • Channel CRO & Website CRO: Expertise in optimizing the customer journey to improve conversion rates and eliminate growth barriers.

  • Marketing Technologies & Tactics: Constantly explore and adopt new technologies and tools; research new tactics to drive conversion, retention, and virality. Harness AI to supercharge every aspect of your work.

  • Revenue Responsibility & Channel Resource Management: Build and maintain dashboards that accurately and appropriately forecast growth and measure performance. Proficient in managing and developing budgets across channels to achieve ambitious goals, tracking metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, and more.

  • Team & Collaboration: Manage internal direct reports and external digital marketing partners. Closely collaborate with Content and Creative teams to rapidly provide feedback and report on creative performance, contributing to ongoing briefs/iterations. Work with outsourced vendors (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork) to fill in gaps and leverage your work.

Requirements

  • Extensive B2C experience in marketing or growth functions.

  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights.

  • Experience with growth strategy and building roadmaps.

  • Fluency in digital tools required to optimize KPIs (like ROAS, CTR, CRO, CPA, AOV, or LTV) and an ability to track performance data across multiple platforms and interpret data to deliver helpful insights and recommendations.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, paying meticulous attention to detail. A bias for over-communication is a plus.

  • Strong teamwork skills, ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs, and proven ability to manage projects, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.

  • Remote work capabilities and familiarity with video conferencing tools (we use Google Business, Slack, Zoom, Loom, and others).

  • Willingness to manage and collaborate with our paid media partners, copywriters, and growth team.
