What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage the RDMA IP engineering design team along with all aspects of deliveries to the SoC
Design execution, quality, and delivery according to product lifecycle (PLC) for the program
Determining, specifying, and evaluating the viability of complex hardware features and structures and ensuring that software and hardware designs interface correctly
Contributing to the microarchitecture used across design families as well as providing multilayered technical expertise for next-generation initiatives.
Keeping a strong focus on efficient hardware design with broad SoC knowledge to tune hardware and software to achieve scalable and robust solutions.
Providing guidance for silicon design engineering as well as interfacing with software teams and customers.
To be successful in this role, you'll need the following:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field plus 9 years of industry work experience, or a
Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field plus 6 years of industry work experience, or a
Ph.D. in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field plus 4 years of industry work experience.
9 plus years of logic design experience.
5 plus years of managerial experience in an ASIC development environment.
3 plus years of experience with ASIC project development stages.
3 plus years of experience with FPGA / emulation development.
Networking experience (Ethernet, PCIe, TCP/IP) (preferred)
