We are seeking an experienced Growth Leader who will primarily be responsible for the marketing, community, partnerships, and inbound sales throughout Prophet. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us by developing an outstanding customer acquisition pipeline that performs exceptionally well and can scale so you can leave your mark on the very foundation of Prophet.
Direct and established hyper-localized partnerships with industry-adjacent businesses
Design, implement, and manage customer acquisition communities on Reddit, Discord, and similar
Brainstorm, implement, and launch various growth-hacking strategies to drive new user acquisition
Work cross-functionally with the Co-Founders and executive team to drive strategic growth objectives
2+ years of hands-on growth hacking/marketing experience at a startup
Experience building hyper-localized partnerships
Experience in customer acquisition community building and management
Personal interest and engagement in the world of Pro Sports
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating with different teams daily.
Proven record of working independently on individual projects.
Passed experience in building customer acquisition journeys
