As EVM-compatible smart contracts arrive on Kaspa via multiple layer-2 networks - theKasplex zkEVM rollup and Igra Labs EVM L2, we're expanding our engineering team to build the next wave of decentralized infrastructure. This is your chance to work at the bleeding edge of a grassroots blockchain movement, shaping open protocols and tools for an ecosystem that puts users, builders, and transparency first.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking Fullstack Smart Contract Engineers to work on permissionless DAO infrastructure and decentralized publishing tools. The near-term focus will be the development of:

• A fully on-chain governance and voting system

• A censorship-resistant media and content platform for the Kaspa community

This is a deeply technical, impact-driven role for engineers who care about decentralization, open protocols, and crypto-native social infrastructure.
 
What You'll Do
You'll work across the stack on EVM-based dApps that include:

• Smart Contract Development - Architect and deploy Solidity smart contracts for on-chain governance, voting, staking, and identity

• Backend Engineering - Build performant APIs, data pipelines, and coordination layers using Node.js and PostgreSQL (Rust, Go, or C++ experience a plus)

• Frontend Development - Develop clean, high-performance UIs and dApp frontends using React, Next.js, and TypeScript

• Infrastructure & DevOps - Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor deployments, and contribute to scaling infrastructure for decentralized services

• Collaborative Planning - Contribute to architectural decisions, protocol design, and product planning in close collaboration with foundation leads

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Solidity for EVM-based smart contract development

• Proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL for backend services

• Experience with React, Next.js, and Web3 integrations on the frontend

• Familiarity with high-performance languages like Rust, Go, or C++ is a strong advantage

• Solid understanding of DAO tooling, decentralized governance models, and on-chain data flows

• Comfortable working independently in a remote, async-first environment

• Clear and proactive communicator in English (written & verbal)
