Role Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack AI/ML Engineer with extensive experience in backend development and machine learning. You will work closely with our CTO in a small development team, contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using C#, .NET, and Python

• Develop and maintain frontend systems using Angular

• Implement, test, and refine AI/ML models (including ML.NET) in production environments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions with existing systems

• Optimize performance and scalability for high-volume, data-driven applications

• Ensure code quality, testing coverage, and documentation standards

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant software engineering experience (flexible; expertise is key)

• Proven background in building and deploying AI/ML solutions, particularly with Python and ML.NET

• Demonstrated proficiency in C#, .NET, and Python for backend development

• Demonstrated proficiency in Angular for frontend development

• Familiarity with Wi-Fi, wireless, IoT, mobile, telecom, or GIS environments is a plus

• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in a remote setting

• Valid U.S. work authorization

Compensation & Contract Details

• Salary: $150k - $180k (based on experience and skill set)

• Reporting: Reports directly to the CTO, collaborating within a small, agile development team

• Environment: Hybrid, 2-3 days/week in office in NYC
