We are a seed-stage startup with funding from top-tier angel investors and VCs.
StormSafe is completely reimagining retirement wealth. StormSafe enables employers to offer their employees a new, unique, and innovative type of retirement benefits. This new benefit has the potential to either replace the 401k or have similar massive adoption.
StormSafe's business is the technology infrastructure / universal rails that enable the product to run and be embedded into existing distribution platforms.
We are looking for a world-class Business Operations leader to help us build our product's operating pipes and rails.
What we’re looking for:
Experience with 401k Plan administration, Record-keeping and Compliance
Experience with vetting, establishing, and managing third-party administrators and partners like custodians, Pooled-Employer-Plans and PEOs
Experience working with engineering for product development and workflow automation
(While we are looking for someone from the 401k and benefits space, we are open to candidates who are passionate about the mission and willing to roll up their sleeves and get smart in the space)

Most FinTechs are focused on second-order issues: how to provide better UX/UI, spread “financial literacy”, and give people “data & analytics” on what they spend their money on or what they should invest in. We solve different types of problems.
The single most crucial problem is the lack of capital to invest. There is a chicken and egg paradox with investing; to make money, one must already have money to invest.
