Projected to become a reputable, global and impactful $1B software company – We need the right customer-focused individual to help as they take this meaningful step in that direction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the Sales operations and strategies. By acting creatively, thoughtfully, and independently, you will be able to deliver high-volume, fast-paced success in this green field sales opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies

  • Work closely with CEO & tech team as one of the first ten employees

  • Assist in the deployment of technology + ensure a smooth onboarding

  • Execute on existing pipeline (over $5M, across multiple verticals)

  • Build out new pipeline + CRM

  • Manage 'Sales x Marketing' strategy (ie, attending & hosting events)

  • Keep care of existing deployments/customers to support a strong brand reputation

  • Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team

  • Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability

  • Travel across the USA

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following:

  • Ambitious, Curious & Driven

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience

  • 4+ years of experience in sales

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Strong technical aptitude
