The company focuses on opportunities in warehousing, distribution, and event staffing. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prospect accounts for new business through heavy cold outreach (cold call, email, and InMail).

• Conduct Discovery, Demonstration, Implementation, and Closing meetings with clients to present and demonstrate how the company’s marketplace platform will alleviate labor shortages

• You will develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts with a long-term partnership vision in mind

• Establish and work with partners in your territory.

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 12-24 months of relevant sales experience including closing experience

• Entrepreneurial – You have a bias towards action and an ownership mentality and can thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.

• Ambitious - You are always pushing yourself to be the best you can be. You want to work at a company that will be bigger than Uber/Doordash/Airbnb.

• Gritty - Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to hit your goals; you persevere when others fall away.

• A Relationship-builder – You represent the company’s brand externally with clients and the community.

• A strong and concise communicator, both verbal and written.

• (Bonus Points) Experience selling in software, human capital management technology, staffing, recruiting industry, or gig apps (Doordash/Uber Eats)
